My name is Claire Booth.  ​

 

Holistic Therapist and Coach, helping you move beyond limiting beliefs and patterns holding you back in life. 

As a new way of living unfolds,  we can find ourselves stuck in outmoded habits and beliefs that no longer serve.   Whether you are facing personal challenges, navigating difficulties in your relationships or feeling disconnected from your life then I can help uncover the patterns and feelings that are blocking you from taking positive steps forward. 

Restoring clients innate sense of well being, introducing strategies and techniques that you can implement are all part of my repertoire.  Offering my clients the opportunity to re-establish that  healthy  balance in relationships and work life.    

We are not here to simply move quietly into middle age, we are here to thrive and enjoy this time of life that can offer more freedom and choice for many.   It is our Responsibility to Invest in ourselves and be the creator of our one beautiful healthy and wealthy life. 

I spent 20 years in corporate life prior to moving to Holistic Therapy.  My knowledge of overwhelm and burnout in the workplace is firsthand.    Juggling childcare, work and life challenges can feel like a daily hustle.

Our body holds the score of  blocked  emotions and patterns from childhood.  Learn to  reconnect with your mind and body and know how its  communicating at all times.

We will work  intuitively to  dig deeper into your knowing, your intuition, what lights you up, to bring about lasting change - Clients leave feeling empowered and in charge of their own destiny.

Gain insight and guidance on your current situation.   Understand where the emotional wounds lie and how you can clear them once and for all.

EFT. 

A tapping technique for emotional freedom.  Simple and effective for use at home.  I offer many strategies this being one that clients find useful for daily use.

Energy Balancing 

The ability to go beyond what is conscious and find the hidden blocks and patterns that  limit our natural flow of life. 

Gentle Somatic Yoga

To embody all the work we do;  I advise clients to follow through with yoga or another form of slow rhythmic physical movement.  Yoga helps keep us centred and shifts energy in the body.  

Visualisation and Soul Meditation

For anyone on their soul journey this is essential.   Techniques to help you connect to your energy source.  This can  reveal truths and deeper trust in yourself.

Finding harmony and ease; we work on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Each layer compliments and lifts the next.
